Job Description

The Executive Housekeeper oversees the full spectrum of housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring that every guest space—from guestrooms to public areas—reflects Roswyn’s unique blend of style, warmth, and meticulous attention to detail.

This role leads the Housekeeping Department with vision, finesse, and a commitment to creating a sensorial, impeccably maintained environment that aligns with the Morgans Originals philosophy.

The Executive Housekeeper acts as a brand guardian, operational leader, and team mentor, upholding the highest levels of cleanliness, design integrity, and personalized service.





Duties & Responsibilities

Leadership & Department Management

Lead, inspire, and develop the Housekeeping and Laundry teams, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and service excellence.
Strategically plan, organize, and supervise all housekeeping operations in alignment with Roswyn’s luxury lifestyle positioning.
Ensure departmental policies, SOPs, and brand standards are consistently executed and evolved based on guest feedback, style trends, and operational needs.
Conduct daily briefings and regular training to ensure colleagues remain engaged, aligned, and empowered.

Guest Experience & Brand Quality

Ensure all guest rooms, suites, and public spaces meet the highest luxury lifestyle standards, maintaining Roswyn’s signature aesthetic and ambiance.
