Role Description The Field Engineer role at 2DR IT Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Field Engineer will install, configure, and maintain network and server infrastructure at client locations, including cabling, hardware setup, and basic firewall and switch configurations. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues on-site, performing routine inspections, and documenting work performed to support stable and secure IT environments. The Field Engineer will coordinate with project leads,



communicate with clients about service status, and comply with company policies and safety standards during field visits.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, network, and configuration issues.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Field Service skills to interact with clients professionally, explain technical information clearly, and work efficiently on-site.
Candidates should possess basic Project Management skills to plan tasks, coordinate with team members, and meet timelines for deployments and service calls.
Relevant knowledge of networking fundamentals, cabling standards (Cat6/Fiber), and common IT infrastructure components is preferred.
