Role Description The School Principal is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Gurugram, responsible for overall academic, administrative, and operational management of the school. The role includes leading faculty teams, setting high standards for teaching and learning,



and ensuring effective implementation of curriculum and co-curricular programs. The Principal oversees student welfare, discipline, and safety; engages regularly with families and the wider school community; and promotes a positive, inclusive school culture. Day-to-day responsibilities also include performance management of staff, budget and resource oversight, compliance with CBSE and regulatory guidelines, and alignment with the Group’s vision for research-backed, holistic education. The Principal collaborates with the Group’s centres of excellence to integrate innovations in curriculum, health and wellness, and technology into the school environment.
