Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients across the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East, and
other international markets.
• Generate qualified leads for custom software development, web development, mobile app
development, AI, Cloud, DevOps, and digital transformation services.
• Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo,
Lusha, Crunchbase, and other lead generation platforms.
• Identify decision-makers including CEOs, CTOs, Founders, Product Managers,



and IT Heads.
• Execute outbound lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold emailing,
and other digital outreach channels.
• Qualify leads based on project requirements, budget, authority, timeline, and business needs.
• Coordinate meetings between prospects and the Business Development team.
• Maintain CRM data and update lead status regularly.
• Track campaign performance and optimize lead generation strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates and achieve
business targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
• 8+ years of experience in IT Lead Generation or IT Sales.
• Robust understanding of software development services and technology solutions.
