Role Description The Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive growth for products. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, overseeing digital and offline promotions, managing brand messaging, and coordinating with product, sales, and design teams. The Marketing Manager will analyze market trends and customer insights, track campaign performance, and optimize initiatives to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention. The role also involves managing marketing budgets, supervising agency or vendor relationships, and ensuring consistent communication across all channels.
The candidate will lead both digital and non-digital marketing initiatives and will be responsible for building HLBR Corp. as a strong, recognizable, and trusted brand.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an advantage.
4–7 years of relevant marketing experience.
Experience in e-commerce, D2C, retail, consumer internet, technology, or startup environments will be preferred
Candidates with solid experience in brand building, PR, digital campaigns, and offline marketing will be preferred.
Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, search, and email marketing.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
Competence in content development and messaging for diverse audiences.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
