Academic/Professional Qualification: B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, may be accompanied by a GDMM/PGDMM (Graduate Diploma in Materials Management)
Length of Experience: 4-7 years
Technical skill required: Knowledge of end-to-end procurement of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Materials & Services, SAP MM, Office Suite, ISO systems, e-procurement from reputed Metal/EPC companies.
Job Description (Role & Responsibilities):
Techno commercial End to End Knowledge of Procure2Pay Process of manufacturing plant.
Strong Procurement knowledge of Structural and Manufacturing Steel & Fittings items
Strongly Knowledgeable in drawing-based items (requires strong drawing reading capabilities).
Robust Knowledge of Rubber & Packing materials along with Bearings & related items.
Equipment Procurement like Cranes, Heat Exchangers, Compressors, Pumps, Motors, Blowers, Fan, Chain, Belts, Hoists etc.
Price Negotiations, Materials & Inventory Management
CAPEX & Opex procurement, Vendor Management
Stakeholder Management (Internal & external)
ISO,5S & Various TPM tool e & audit Management
Preparation of Business requirement reports & presentations Analytical skills
