Sonali Group is hiring a Production Supervisor for our Color Masterbatch plant at Singur, Hooghly.
We need a person with hands-on experience in masterbatch production who can handle daily plant work, lead a team on the floor, and maintain quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and run daily production work
Check quality of color, dispersion, and particle size
Supervise machine operators and helpers in shifts
Solve machine and process problems on the floor
Give daily production report to the General Manager
Follow safety rules and keep 5S standard in the plant
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Plastics Engineering, Polymer Technology, Mechanical, or equal work experience
Minimum 3 years experience in color masterbatch production supervision
Knowledge of twin-screw and single-screw extruder machines
Basic computer knowledge for MS Excel and Word reporting
Valuable communication in Bengali and Hindi; basic English for reports
Location: Singur, Hooghly
