Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner at Groyyo is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, advising on HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with managers on employee engagement initiatives, coaching leaders on people practices and helping to resolve workplace issues constructively. This role also supports HR operations such as onboarding, policy communication, and HR data analysis to drive continuous improvement in people practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies expertise, including experience implementing and maintaining HR frameworks and procedures.
