Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor / Duty Manager located in Goa, India. The role involves overseeing day-to-day front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, room allocation,
and handling guest inquiries and feedback in a skilled and timely manner. The supervisor / duty manager coordinates with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations, service consistency, and adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities include managing front office team members, supporting training and performance, resolving operational and guest-related issues, and ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company policies. The role also requires monitoring front office procedures, optimizing workflow, and contributing to a welcoming, efficient, and guest-centric environment.
