TargetEdge is a B2B creative agency working with enterprise clients across pharma, SaaS, financial services, and other complex industries.

We are looking for a Creative Marketeer who can turn complexity into clarity and ideas into campaigns. Someone comfortable moving between copy, design, strategy, and AI, and equally comfortable getting into the details that make good work actually happen.
This is not a traditional copywriting role. You will work from the first idea through to final execution, alongside Creative Directors, Strategists, Project Managers, Designers, and Digital Marketers.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
• Turn complex scientific, technical, product, and regulatory information into communication people can understand and act on.
• Write and adapt copy across LinkedIn, Google Search and Display, email, landing pages, websites,



brochures, presentations, social media, and video.
• Develop campaign concepts, headlines, messaging routes, visual metaphors, and content extensions.
• Take ideas and adapt them across audiences, funnel stages, platforms, and markets.
• Work closely with designers and other teams to turn concepts into finished campaign assets.
• Review work with a sharp eye for accuracy, claims, terminology, consistency, and detail.
• Manage feedback, revisions, approvals, and deliverables to keep campaigns moving.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 3 to 4 years of experience in copywriting, advertising, content, or a related creative role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to think beyond the words on the page.
• Someone who is curious about complex subjects and enjoys figuring out how to make them simple, interesting, and relevant.
• Strong conceptual and visual thinking. Y
