About the Job:
At ClarityTTS, we're building the next generation of travel technology platforms. We're looking for an AI-Native Full Stack Developer who has fundamentally changed the way they build software through AI-assisted engineering.

This is not a traditional Full Stack Developer role.

The successful candidate will use AI as a core engineering tool—not as an occasional assistant—to deliver high-quality software faster, with less rework and better outcomes.

What we're looking for

5–8 years of professional Full Stack development experience

Strong experience with Node.js, React, TypeScript, PHP/Laravel

Experience building production-grade web applications

Excellent problem-solving and software design skills





Most Key Requirement

You must demonstrate strong practical experience using AI-assisted software development.
Claude Code is our preferred development environment. Experience with equivalent AI-assisted development tools is acceptable if you can demonstrate an AI-first engineering workflow.
