Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify target audiences and grow email subscriber lists for eCommerce brands.
Design and execute email marketing and retention campaigns for customer engagement and repeat sales.
Assist in creating automated email flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase, and promotional campaigns.
Use AI tools and automation platforms to improve email content, productivity, and campaign performance.
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, tone, and accuracy.
