Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for Territory / Area Sales Manager – 2 Wheeler and Area Sales Manager – 3 Wheeler positions. The role involves managing sales operations within assigned territories, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share for Omega Seiki Mobility’s two-wheeler and three-wheeler product lines. Daily responsibilities include identifying and onboarding dealers, nurturing key customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring high-quality customer service.



The role also includes monitoring sales performance, preparing regular reports, coordinating with internal teams for timely deliveries, and implementing local sales strategies. The managers will train and support field sales teams, provide market feedback, and contribute to promotional activities in their respective territories.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with dealers, clients, and internal stakeholders effectively.
Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive territory growth, meet targets, and manage dealer networks.
Experience in Training sales teams or channel partners to improve product knowledge and selling effectiveness.
Prior experience in automotive, electric vehicles, or related mobility sectors is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to work in field-based roles, with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
