What this role is about
We're a up-to-date K-beauty distributor — small team, every person an individual contributor. This role owns our product catalog and our marketplace accounts: keeping listings clean and complete across every channel, and running day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. You'll work AI-first — using Claude and Claude Cowork to pull and draft listing content at volume — and grow into broader brand management over time.
It's built for someone early in their career who's happy owning the detailed catalog and account work first, and wants a clear path into brand. If you want to skip the groundwork and jump straight to brand, this isn't it. If you want to earn it by mastering the foundation, this is a real runway.
What you'll do
Maintain product listing sheets across all channels — use Claude / Cowork to pull and draft titles, descriptions, bullets, and A+ content, then edit, brand-check, and publish clean
Keep catalog data accurate and consistent everywhere we sell
Manage day-to-day operations on our Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra 3P accounts — listings, catalog health, and account upkeep
Optimise listing elements — photos, copy, reviews, ratings, FAQs — for discoverability and conversion
Keep an eye on competitor pricing, promotions, and how our listings stack up
Over time, grow into brand management — taking on brand ownership as you master the catalog and account foundation
