With a growing presence across retail and online channels, we are expanding our B2B business across corporate gifting, institutional sales and channel partnerships. We are looking for a driven B2B Senior Executive to help build and scale this business.

Job Summary:
The B2B Senior Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring and managing B2B clients, driving sales, and building long-term relationships with corporate, institutional and channel partners.
The ideal candidate should have robust business development, sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify,



prospect and acquire new B2B clients across corporates, institutions, distributors and gifting partners.
Generate leads through market research, networking, references, events and other business development channels.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closure and account management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to develop customised product and gifting solutions.
Coordinate with Design, Marketing, Supply Chain and other teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Prepare regular reports on leads, pipeline, sales performance and account status.
