Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python and Robot Framework.
Perform device testing including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
Design and execute automated test cases for hardware/device-based applications.
Create and maintain reusable Robot Framework test suites, keywords, and libraries.
Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and troubleshoot device/software issues.
Execute test cases manually when required and automate repetitive test scenarios.
Work closely with development, QA, and hardware teams to understand requirements and resolve defects.
Perform API, communication/interface, and end-to-end testing where applicable.
Maintain test reports, defect documentation, test results, and automation documentation.
Participate in test planning, test case design, execution, and release validation.
Mandatory Skills
Strong Python programming experience
Hands-on Robot Framework experience
Hands-on device testing experience
Experience in test automation and scripting
Positive understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA processes
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
