- Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting → solutioning → negotiation → closure
- Deliver aggressive regional revenue targets.

2. Enterprise Relationship Builder
- Build strong CXO relationships across:
- Chief Risk Officers
- Chief Credit Officers
- Chief Digital Officers
- Business Heads
- Be comfortable engaging both middle management and boardroom decision makers.

3. Consultative Sales Leader
- Understand client credit workflows deeply:
- underwriting
- monitoring

- Identify current opportunities within clients such as:
