About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Technical Lead who can operate as a hands-on engineer, technical leader, and solution architect.
This is a broad player-coach role rather than a traditional people-management position. You will work across software development, architecture, technical leadership, troubleshooting, prototyping, and customer-facing technical discussions.




The ideal candidate is comfortable taking ambiguous and complex problems from definition through production while working across a modern technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
Lead hands-on development and solve complex engineering and production problems.
Design, review, debug, and optimize backend, frontend, data, integrations, and distributed systems.
Own or guide end-to-end architecture for complex product and customer requirements.
Make sound decisions around scalability, reliability, security, performance, maintainability, and cost.
Translate ambiguous business and technical requirements into clear designs and implementation plans.
Lead architecture and design reviews and identify technical risks early.
Use AI-assisted development tools, LLMs, agentic workflows, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, and MCP-based integrations.
