Position: Performance Test Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer with strong programming fundamentals and hands-on experience in performance testing. The ideal candidate should have an engineering-oriented development/programming background and be capable of scripting, executing, analyzing, and troubleshooting performance tests across APIs, microservices, and modern applications.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in Performance Testing including Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, Scalability, and Capacity Testing.
Experience with JMeter / LoadRunner / NeoLoad / k6.
Strong programming/scripting skills in Java / Python / JavaScript / Groovy.
Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed applications.
Knowledge of SQL and database performance analysis.
Exposure to APM & Observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, Azure Application Insights, Grafana, or Splunk.
Exposure to AWS / Azure and cloud-based performance testing.




Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
Basic understanding of Docker / Kubernetes.
Exposure to JVM performance concepts, including GC, Heap, and Thread analysis.
Ability to identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and perform RCA.
Practical exposure to AI/GenAI-assisted engineering for coding, scripting, debugging, analysis, test-data generation, or automation is preferred.
Good collaboration skills to work with development, DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
