Job Responsibilities:
Handle bulk hiring for BPO/voice & non-voice processes.
Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and walk-ins.
Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews, selection, offer, and joining.
Maintain recruitment MIS and achieve hiring targets.
Conduct walk-in drives and follow up with candidates.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Freshers can apply; BPO recruitment experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
