Role Description The Franchise/Brand Assistant is a full time on-site role based in Mumbai, supporting the growth and consistency of PILATES ACADEMY® across existing and new locations. Responsibilities include assisting with franchise onboarding and documentation, coordinating with franchise partners on branding implementation,



and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across marketing materials, studio signage, and digital presence. The role involves supporting local sales and promotional activities, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports for management, and helping organize events, trainings, and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility. The Franchise/Brand Assistant will collaborate closely with internal teams and franchisees to maintain a consistent, premium brand experience and provide day-to-day operational support related to brand and franchise initiatives.
