Team 8 to 10 person inbound sales team - you lead and own them

What You Will Own
Inside sales - full pipeline ownership
• Own every inbound lead from first contact to booking confirmation - WhatsApp, call, website form, missed call
• Set and enforce a 3-minute response time standard on all inbound leads during operating hours Basepay +performancebonus
• Build a tight sales script - how to open, how to pitch at-home grooming vs salon, how to handle price objections, how to create urgency using slot scarcity
• Personally close the hard leads - escalations, high-value customers, multi-pet households, leads who went cold

CRM - ownership
• Own CRM as the single source of truth - pipeline hygiene, lead status accuracy, disposition tagging on
every single lead
• Set up and maintain lead stages - Current, Contacted, Follow-up, Slot Offered, Booking Confirmed, Lost




• Ensure every lost lead has a specific reason tagged - incorrect geo, price sensitive, no slot, lost to competitor, just browsing
• Build automated follow-up sequences - Day 1, Day 3, Day 7 triggers for unconverted leads
• Coordinate with tech team on UTM and GCLID attribution - every lead source must be identified and tracked
• Pull weekly CRM analytics - conversion by city, by source, by day of week, by time of day
• Share weekly lead quality report with the performance marketing agency - which campaigns bring converting leads vs junk

Team management
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a 10 to 15 person inbound sales team
• Daily morning huddle - previous day numbers, today's targets, call of the day, blockers
• Listen to minimum 10 recorded calls per team member per week - structured feedback, script correction
• Set individual daily targets - calls made, leads contacted, bookings converted
• Create healthy competition - daily lea
