Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Mumbai.



The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and promote IMTS Solutions’ automation and digital transformation services across targeted industries and regions. Daily activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and commercial offers, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies. The role involves collaborating with technical and delivery teams to design tailored solutions, tracking market trends and competitor activity, and contributing to sales forecasts and pipeline management. The Business Development Manager will also prepare regular reports, maintain CRM records, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
