Role Description This is a full time B2B Content Marketer role based in Bengaluru, structured as a hybrid position that combines on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home days. The B2B Content Marketer will plan, create, and optimize content that supports demand generation, brand awareness, and sales enablement for Hakimo’s AI-driven physical security solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content strategies, writing and editing blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and social content,



and ensuring alignment with product marketing and sales goals. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for enterprise audiences, as well as managing content calendars and measuring performance against key marketing metrics.
Qualifications
Strong skills in B2B content creation, including writing, editing, and storytelling for blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and web pages.
Experience in content strategy and planning, including editorial calendar management, audience segmentation, and aligning content to the buyer journey.
Background in digital and content marketing, such as email campaigns, social media content, SEO fundamentals, and lead-nurture programs.
Ability to conduct structured research and interviews with internal teams and customers to develop accurate, insight-driven content.
