Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Lead Developer, backend-focused, with 4-6+ years of experience in .NET Core, C#, and up-to-date backend development practices. The ideal candidate should be able to code backend services, work with databases, and build APIs, with strong preferred experience on the React frontend as well & not just familiarity with it. The role requires hands-on experience with Docker, file upload and handling, network sockets, and SignalR,



along with a solid understanding of code coverage and unit testing. Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools as part of day-to-day development is also a key attribute.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance backend applications using .NET Core and C#.

Work with databases and build/enhance/maintain REST APIs.

Develop features involving file upload, processing, and secure file handling.

Build real-time communication solutions using SignalR and manage network socket programming as required.

Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.

Implement and monitor code coverage using appropriate tools (e.g., Coverlet, dotCover).

Containerize applications and services using Docker, ensuring reliable builds and deployments across environments.

Code and enhance frontend features in React.js/TypeScript as needed.
