About the Role
Osmos.ai is looking for a Technical Account Manager who will own the client's technical journey end-to-end - from presales solutioning through platform integration to long-term technical account management. This role blends Presales Solutioning (~20%), Onboarding & Platform Integration (~50%), and Technical Account Management (~25%), falling under the Product Team.

What You'll Do:
Client Discovery & Solutioning: Join technical discovery calls alongside Account Executives to understand the client's ad tech stack, integration landscape, and data architecture. Develop solutions that align client requirements with Osmos.ai's product capabilities,



and produce Technical Feasibility Assessments covering integration approach, effort, dependencies, and risks.
Proposal & Solution Architecture: Act as the single technical point of contact for Revenue Enablement and GTM teams during RFPs and RFIs - fielding product and technical questions, coordinating with Product Managers where needed, and returning accurate, consolidated answers about Osmos.ai's capabilities.
Product Demos & POCs: Deliver high-impact product walkthroughs, pilot programs, and proof-of-concepts - including customising demos via scripts and loading Osmos SDKs on client front-ends to showcase real integration value. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Osmos.ai product to effectively address client needs and provide technical guidance.
End-to-End Onboarding: Lead implementation for current clients - data assessments, platform configuration, API/SDK integrations (JS, iOS, Android, React Native), MM
