About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive with 3–5 years of technology sales experience who can take ownership of opportunities and drive them from the first conversation through conversion.
This is not just a cold-calling or appointment-setting role.
You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, identifying business pain points, conducting discovery, coordinating technical discussions and demos,



following up with stakeholders, managing proposals and negotiations, and ultimately converting qualified opportunities into paid pilots and contracts.
You will work closely with the Founder and technical team during solution discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete sales cycle from initial conversation to closure
Connect with potential B2B customers and schedule qualified meetings
Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and requirements
Identify opportunities where AI can reduce cost, automate workflows, or improve business outcomes
Work with the technical team to develop the right solution for each opportunity
Coordinate and participate in product demos, technical discussions, and evaluations
Build relationships with Founders, CXOs, CTOs, business heads, and other decision-makers
Manage consistent and professional follow-ups until a clear outcome is reached
