Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth for our Generative AI, Data Annotation, Data Labeling, and AI/ML Data Services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and closing B2B/enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable AI/data annotation solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
Identify upselling, cross-selling,



and account expansion opportunities.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to meet client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / IT Services / Technology Sales.
Experience in Generative AI, Data Annotation, Data Labeling, AI/ML, SaaS, or IT services preferred.
Robust lead generation, communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Good understanding of the B2B sales cycle and CRM tools.
Ability to communicate with business and technical decision-makers.
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
Experience with international clients/markets is a plus.
