Sales Account Manager (EMEA)— South Africa, Dubai & Europe (UK)

What you’ll own?
Retain and grow assigned accounts’ revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Map existing accounts end-to-end and build relationships with all key stakeholders.
Develop strong executive-level relationships through targeted networking and engagement.
Own the complete sales cycle for renewals, expansions and recent opportunities within assigned regions.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and maximize retention.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to develop strategic expansion plans.
Identify cross-sell opportunities by deepening customer trust and demonstrating ROI.
Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements to maximize profit and long-term value.
What are we looking for?
7+ years’ experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or similar, with Enterprise SaaS experience in marketing technology (email and marketing automation emphasized).
Demonstrable track record of closing deals and growing revenue in international markets (preferably South Africa, Middle East/GCC, and/or Europe/UK).
Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office (especially Excel).
Comfortable engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including C-level.
Skilled at delivering client-focused solutions and managing multiple accounts with meticulous attention to detail.
