Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Marketing Manager at Opttab. The Growth Marketing Manager will design and execute data-driven growth strategies to increase awareness, acquisition, and retention across key channels. Daily responsibilities include managing performance marketing campaigns, running experiments and A/B tests, analyzing funnel metrics,
and optimizing demand-generation initiatives. The role involves collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams to align go-to-market plans, refine messaging, and identify new growth opportunities. The Growth Marketing Manager will also oversee marketing automation workflows, maintain analytics dashboards, and report on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in growth marketing and performance-oriented Marketing, with a track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
Solid Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics skills, including experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) for building nurture flows, lifecycle campaigns, and lead scoring.
Effective Project Management skills, with the ability to prioriti
