We are seeking a heavyweight Technical Delivery Manager based in Texas to champion our client consulting projects and spearhead the implementation of Lakefusion. If you have the technical battle scars, the leadership chops, and the data-wrangling expertise to solve complex enterprise pain points, we want you on our team.
The Role: What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end implementation of the LakeFusion MDM platform at our enterprise customers. This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on technical depth with delivery leadership: you will lead implementation engagements from kickoff through go-live,
configure and deploy the platform in customer Databricks environments, and serve as the technical owner who keeps scope, timeline, and quality on track. You will work directly with customer data engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders to turn fragmented source data into trusted golden records.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Delivery: Own the execution, governance, and timely delivery of complex data consulting projects and enterprise Lakefusion implementations.
Client Consultation & Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical liaison and trusted advisor for Lakefusion clients. Understand their unique data pain points and architect clear, scalable solutions.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and unblock cross-functional teams of data engineers, architects, and analysts to ensure project milestones are met with high quality.
Technical Oversight: Provide hands-on guidance during data pipeline development, ensuring best
