The Real Estate and Infrastructure Fitouts Lead will serve as the primary technical and execution authority for all civil construction and interior fitout projects across LTM’s India portfolio. This role demands a seasoned professional who can seamlessly bridge design intent and on-site delivery, while managing multi-vendor ecosystems, cost controls, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced corporate environment. Prior exposure to IT/ITES workplace projects is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Site Management
Lead and oversee site activities for all Civil Core & shell construction and interior fitout projects across India,



from initiation through handover.
Manage concurrent projects simultaneously, maintaining focus on quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
Support base build and fitout works execution, coordinating inputs across Interiors, Furniture, Security, and MEP streams.
Implement and enforce quality assurance programmes, health and safety procedures, and compliance frameworks across all sites.

Design Review & Value Engineering
Review GFC (Positive for Construction) drawings and conduct value engineering exercises by identifying alternate design approaches, methods, and materiality.
Evaluate layouts, look & feel, design basis reports, and detailed design packages; provide structured technical inputs to the design team.
Review Makes, tender specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for accuracy and completeness.
Leverage AutoCAD drafting knowledge to validate design outputs and contribute to project documen
