About the Role
We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations, order coordination, documentation, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have good coordination and communication skills, be comfortable working with Excel, and can manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update salon, client, demo, and sales-related data.
• Coordinate with the sales team for daily updates, activities, and follow-ups.




• Monitor daily sales reports and follow up for missing or required information.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports and Excels
• Conduct follow-up calls with clients/salons to collect feedback and record concerns.
• Coordinate with the concerned teams for complaints, pending tasks, and other sales-related requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
• Experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, or a related industry will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong coordination and communication skills may also be considered based on the requirement.

Required Skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
