We're a social media marketing agency in Vadodara looking for a Social Media Executive to manage content strategy and client coordination across multiple accounts. You'll be the bridge between our clients and creative team — researching content ideas, planning shoots, and making sure every deliverable matches what the client actually needs.
Responsibilities
Research and create content ideas/strategy for assigned clients across industries
Plan reel concepts, hooks, and content calendars based on client goals
Communicate regularly with clients to understand requirements and expectations
Ensure content fulfills client requirements before it goes into production
Schedule and coordinate shoots once content/scripts are finalized
Liaise between clients, videographers, and editors to keep projects on track
Stay updated on Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and content formats
Track content performance and suggest improvements

Strong communication skills — comfortable speaking with clients directly
Valuable research skills and ability to generate fresh content ideas
Organized and able to manage multiple clients/accounts at once
Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and content strategy
Ability to take ownership and follow through from planning to shoot
Problem-solving mindset and quick learner attitude
Team player who can coordinate with videographers and editors
Good to Have
Prior experience in social media management or content planning
Familiarity with content calendars/scheduling tools
Interest in marketing, branding, or client servicing
