Role & Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee record maintenance across retail locations.
Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications at store level.
Collaborate with store managers to gather feedback
Help prepare HR analytics dashboards, surveys, and reports for internal review and leadership updates.
Conduct field visits to stores for culture checks, and employee sentiment gathering — ensuring alignment with company values.
