Job Description
Our design program here at Sense is growing,
and we are looking to hire a full time Product Design Specialist to own and evolve the UI & UX across all of our current and future products. We are looking for a creative and pragmatic designer—someone who will help us find solutions to user pain points we didn't know we needed to solve. This is a unique opportunity to help build the product design team from the ground up. Working closely with the rest of the org to figure out how to best solve our user's problems.
Our product designers create complex wireframes, which they then turn into pixel-perfect, development-ready visuals.
Our mission is to improve the daily lives of recruiters at staffing firms. The biggest challenge to working at Sense is that our platform is complex. In order to schedule, organize, and augment recruiters daily work through automation means that our systems IA can get very challenging, very quickly. But it also needs to feel easy and fun to use
