Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage post-sales relationships with co-farmers(Clients) and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role focuses on farmer engagement, relationship management, feedback handling, and driving long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid relationships with co-farmers through regular communication, follow-ups, and field interactions
Act as the primary point of contact for post-sales support and customer relationship management
Conduct regular farm visits to engage with farmers, understand concerns, and gather actionable feedback
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of farmer queries and service requests
Track customer interactions, feedback, and maintain engagement MIS reports
Share regular updates on farm activities, progress, and initiatives with co-farmers
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement within the co-farmer community
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve service delivery
Requirements
Experience in customer engagement, farmer relations, customer success, or relationship management roles
Strong understanding of farmland management, farming practices, and farmer expectations
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive approach with strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle customer queries effectively
Willingness to travel frequently for farm visits and on-ground engagement
