Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying high-potential accounts,



generating new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing target segments, engaging prospects via calls, emails, and digital channels, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align outreach with campaign strategies, leverage Market Disc’s data and AI tools to prioritize accounts, and support the handoff of qualified opportunities to the sales organization. The role also includes preparing concise reports on pipeline activity, gathering feedback from prospects, and contributing ideas to improve engagement and conversion.
