Role Description The Business Development Associate will work full time, on-site in the Pune Division,



focusing on driving growth across House Of EdTech’s portfolio of education brands. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, conducting outreach to potential partners and clients, and nurturing leads through calls, meetings, and digital communication. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs, preparing proposals and presentations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The associate will support revenue targets, participate in events or webinars as needed, and contribute feedback from the market to inform product and strategy decisions.
Qualifications
Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management.
