The Role We're hiring a Performance Marketer to drive growth for Kelleys Kelle. You'll plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, and beyond) — turning ad spend into sales and brand awareness. This is a full time, on-site role in Kozhikode.
What you'll do
Manage paid ad campaigns end-to-end — setup, testing, scaling
Track performance and optimize for ROI and CAC
Run audience segmentation and A/B tests
Build dashboards and campaign reports
Work closely with creative and product teams to keep messaging on-brand
Stay sharp on performance marketing trends and platform updates
What we're looking for
Solid experience with paid social and search advertising
Comfortable with analytics tools and reading data to make decisions
Understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and audience targeting
Good communicator — can explain numbers simply
Organized, can juggle multiple campaigns at once
Bonus: interest in fashion/lifestyle brands, or experience in the space
