The role holder will drive excellence at the Franchise partner set up by familiarizing educators with Lighthouse Learning philosophy; train them in new products & programs and facilitate implementation of EK curriculum.
Responsibilities
Conduct pre-service and in-service training for franchise partners and educators.
Conduct Franchise Induction Programs (FIP), equipment training and teacher training.
Build strong relationships with franchise partners and support them in implementing key academic initiatives and compliance requirements.
Support training and academic enablement of centers across India and international markets.
Assist franchise partners with hiring and onboarding of academic staff.
Conduct regular training programs at franchise and cluster levels.
Support effective implementation of the curriculum and academic programs.
Conduct teacher workshops and classroom observations.
Prepare teacher observation reports and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate in planning, designing and implementing teaching modules.
Undertake quality checks to ensure effective academic execution of the curriculum.
Identify academic implementation gaps and support corrective actions.
Measure and improve stakeholder satisfaction through Parent Orientation Programs (POP), parental workshops and other parent interaction sessions.
Build solid relationships with teachers, franchise partners and other stakeholders.
Identify teacher training and development requirements.
Coordinate with the Special Needs Department to support teachers in delivering effective sessions.
Monitor adherence to academic processes, curriculum and quality standards.
Share best practices and support continuous academic improvement across centers.
Experience & Qualification:
Graduate with E.C.C.Ed., Montessori training or NTT qualification.
3–4 years of experience in Pre-Primary / Early Childhood Education.
Experience in teacher training, classroom observation, curriculum implementation
