Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and managing a pipeline from initial contact through closing.



The Business Development Executive will collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align outreach efforts with Cael Forge’s AI-led growth solutions and performance marketing offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting prospect research, outreach via digital channels, preparing proposals and presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing client accounts. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, providing feedback from the market, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and build a qualified pipeline.
Business and Account Management skills, with experience nurturing client relationships and supporting long-term partnerships.
Strong Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication for presentations, proposals, and client interactions.
