Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key product and client-facing initiatives at Quantum Heaps. In this role, you will serve as the connective thread between Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams, ensuring that every project moves forward with clarity, discipline, and purpose. Your CRM industry expertise will be instrumental in anticipating implementation challenges, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring seamless delivery both for internal product timelines and external client engagements. Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, timelines, milestones,



and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and drive execution from kickoff to completion.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of coordination between Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.
CRM Implementation Oversight: Manage the end-to-end rollout of CRM features, integrations, or customer onboarding projects, drawing on prior CRM industry experience to anticipate common implementation challenges.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution to keep projects on track.
Client Coordination: Where applicable, liaise directly with clients to understand requirements, provide status updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
