Role Description The Customer Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mainaguri. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are handled promptly and professionally. Daily tasks include following up with clients on service delivery, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues,



and documenting interactions in company systems. The officer will also support sales and account growth by identifying customer needs, promoting relevant services, and assisting in negotiation and renewal processes. This role requires regular reporting on customer feedback, maintaining accurate records, and contributing ideas to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
