We bring in leads across multiple channels our website, partner networks, and referrals and our job is to make sure every one of them gets a quick, clear, and honest response. As we grow, the Relationship Manager sits at the centre of that promise.

About the Role
As a Relationship Manager, you own the customer from the moment a lead lands with us until the loan case closes. You will be on calls and WhatsApp all day, understanding what each borrower needs, keeping them informed, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with our fulfilment team to get cases over the line. You will also be the person management looks to for a clear picture of where every lead stands, and a person our junior RMs learn from.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, is organised enough to never let a lead go cold, and takes pride in a case closing cleanly.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead follow-up and conversion




Respond to inbound leads from all Nestara channels website, partners, referrals over calls and WhatsApp, within defined response timelines
Qualify leads, understand the borrower's requirement, and recommend the right product fit
Maintain consistent, structured follow-up so no lead goes unattended or drops out of the funnel
Collect and verify required documentation from customers accurately and on time
Case fulfilment
Work closely with the fulfilment team to move loan cases from application through to disbursal
Track case status at every stage, chase pending items, and resolve blockers proactively
Keep the customer informed throughout the journey so there are no surprises
Coordinate with lending partners where required to close open queries
Reporting
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management on lead status, pipeline health, conversion, and disbursals
