Role Description The Creator Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with content creators and influencers. This role involves overseeing creators’ day-to-day collaboration with brand partners, coordinating campaigns, negotiating deliverables, and ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. The Creator Manager will support creators in content planning, performance tracking, and strategic growth across social platforms, while aligning their work with client goals and agency guidelines. The role includes regular communication with creators and internal teams, organizing creator-focused events, resolving operational issues,



and contributing ideas to enhance campaign impact and community engagement. The Creator Manager is expected to maintain an organized workflow, provide clear reporting on campaign outcomes, and help strengthen the overall creators community at Creators Gram.
Qualifications
Experience in creator or talent management, account management, or influencer marketing, ideally within a social media or digital agency environment.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and current content and influencer trends.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational, time-management, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with creators, brands, and internal stakeholders.
