Role Description TNow Hiring: Optometrist – Patient Care & Sales | Eyesphere
Eyesphere is looking for an energetic Optometrist who can combine clinical skills with excellent patient interaction.
Role:
Conduct eye screenings at patients’ homes and partner locations




Patient counselling and explaining reports/recommendations
Support conversion of patients into further consultation, treatment or surgery
Manage patient relationships and follow-ups
Coordinate with doctors and the operations team
Who we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience
Robust communication and patient counselling skills
Experience working in a fast-paced optical/eye-care retail or healthcare setup
Comfortable with field visits and at-home eye screening
Sales orientation and ability to build patient trust
Ability to independently manage operations and patients
Position: Optometrist / Patient Care & Sales Manager
Location: Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹25,000–₹28,000 per month
