Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated, tech-savvy, and high-energy Intern Network Security Engineers to join our core technical team. This program is structured as an intensive training-cum-evaluation initiative where selected candidates will gain hands-on operational exposure to enterprise routing, switching, VPN technologies, and network security infrastructure.

Phase 1: Contractual Internship & Technical Training (Months 1 to 4)
Cohort Size: 8–10 Engineers.
Compensation: INR 11,000/- per month, disbursed upon submission of monthly invoices.
Focus: Intensive hands-on training, lab simulations, live deployment shadowing, and performance evaluations.
Phase 2: Full-Time Probation (Months 5 to 10)
Selection: Based on performance evaluations at the end of Month 4, top 4–6 performers will be selected for permanent onboarding onto probation.
Compensation: Established salary of INR 22,500/- per month.
Focus: Live network security management, client deployments, and incident response.
