Role Description
The Video Editor (Junior Level) will support the creation of video content that elevates clients’ personal brands and campaigns. This full time, on-site role is based in the Mohali district and involves editing raw footage into polished videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include cutting and assembling clips, adding transitions and effects, syncing audio, color correcting footage,



and incorporating motion graphics or simple graphics as needed. The role also includes collaborating with the PR and content teams on concepts, following brand guidelines, managing file organization, and meeting project deadlines. The junior editor will receive guidance from senior team members while gradually taking ownership of assigned projects.

Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in video production and video editing, including handling raw footage and assembling clear, engaging narratives.
Ability to perform video color grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel.
Basic to intermediate motion graphics skills to create simple animations, titles, and lower thirds.
Graphics skills for integrating visual elements such as logos, text overlays, and social media assets into video content.
