Ultimate Alloys Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor – Machine Shop to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily machining activities as per the production and dispatch schedule.
Allocate jobs, machines and manpower to achieve daily/weekly production targets.
Supervise operations on CNC VTL, VMC, HMC, Horizontal Boring and conventional machines.
Monitor machining cycle time, machine utilization and operator productivity.
Ensure machining is carried out as per approved drawings, process sheets and customer requirements.
Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance and Foundry teams for smooth material flow.
Monitor critical machining dimensions, tolerances, GD&T; requirements and stage inspections.
Ensure proper tooling, fixtures, cutting parameters and work-holding methods are followed.
Minimize machining rejection, rework,



setup time and idle time.
Ensure preventive maintenance requirements and machine abnormalities are communicated promptly.
Maintain production records, job status and shift-wise output.
Ensure safe handling and machining of large and heavy pump castings/components.
Maintain 5S, shop-floor discipline and safety compliance.
Guide, train and monitor CNC operators and other machine-shop personnel.
Candidate Profile
? Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
⏳ Experience: 5–10 years in CNC Machine Shop Production
Preferred Experience
⭐ Hands-on experience with CNC VTL / VMC / HMC / Horizontal Boring machines
⭐ Good knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T; and machining processes
⭐ Experience in machining pump casings, valve bodies or heavy engineering castings preferred
⭐ Robust knowledge of tooling, fixtures, cutting parameters and cycle-time optimization
